CANCELLATION POLICY

1. 24 HOURS NEEDED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE: Reminders are sent through text and email days before appointment. If needing to cancel or reschedule, we ask you to do so using online links provided within the 24 hour period. APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED/RESCHEDULED PAST THE 24 HOUR PERIOD WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF TOTAL SERVICE COST AND YOU CANNOT REBOOK UNTIL IT IS PAID. 2. 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Arriving 10 minutes past your appointment time will cause the appointment to be cancelled and there is a 50% of the service cost cancellation fee that you will need to pay before being able to book again. 3. ADDING/ REMOVING SERVICES: We cannot guarantee we will have time to add on services. If needing to remove services - we must have a 24 hour notice needed to make changes to appointment. Same day removal of services will be charged 50% the total service cost. 4. NO CALL / NO SHOWS: Please reach out if you are unable to make it to your appointment. My business number is 817-526-9156. No attempted communication is considered a no call no show. We will charge 100% of the service cost. You will not be able to book again until that fee is paid. 5. DEPOSITS: Please be aware deposits may be needed if: * You are a new client * You have booked a longer service (1 hour or more) * You have cancelled or rescheduled frequently for past appointments. Deposits are due within 24 hours and will go towards the total of your service. 6. PERIOD POLICY: We understand periods are unpredictable and we are 100% okay with waxing clients on their menstrual cycle.
Please wear a fresh tampon before appointment.
Tampons are always provided. Having to cancel same day will result in the same cancellation fee charged. 7. NO CHILDREN OR EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED: Due to the nature of the service, we ask that that any extra guests wait in the front lobby. Please no children are allowed during your service. Please note that you will be held responsible to any damage to furniture or equipment. ____________________________________________________________________________ 1. AÑADIR O ELIMINAR SERVICIOS: No podemos garantizar que tengamos tiempo para añadir servicios. Si necesitas cancelar un servicio, debes avisarme con 24 horas de anticipación para realizar cambios en la cita. Si cancelas un servicio el mismo día, se te cobrará el 50% del costo total. 4. NO LLAMAR / NO PRESENTARTE: Si no puedes asistir a tu cita, comunicate conmigo. Mi número de teléfono es 817-526-9156. No intentar comunicarse se considera una "no llamada ni presentación." Se te cobrará el 100% del costo del servicio. No podrás volver a reservar hasta que pagues dicho cargo. 5. DEPÓSITOS: Ten en cuenta que se podrían requerir depósitos si: * Eres una clienta nueva * Haz reservado un servicio más largo (1 hora o más) * Haz cancelado o reprogramado citas anteriores con frecuencia. Los depósitos deben pagar en un plazo de 24 horas y se descontarán del total de su servicio. 6. POLÍTICA DE LA MENSTRUACIÓN: Entendemos que la menstruación es impredecible y aceptamos totalmente la depilación con cera de clientas durante su ciclo menstrual. Por favor, usa un tampón nuevo antes de la cita. Siempre se proporcionan tampones. Si cancelas el mismo día, se aplicará el mismo cargo por cancelación de 100%. 7. NO SE ADMITEN NIÑOS NI INVITADOS ADICIONALES: Debido a la naturaleza del servicio, le pedimos que los invitados adicionales esperen en la recepción. No se permiten niños durante el servicio.
